Taste is subjective so we do not offer a refund if you do not like the product – we recommend you purchase one 10ml bottle of E-liquid to try before committing to a bigger purchase – If you contact us we may be able to offer new purchasers a discount on small trial sizes. Please check your order carefully, as we cannot rectify mistakes in your order once the order has been sent. Orders packed and shipped incorrectly by us will be replaced without issue once you notify us. Orders damaged on receipt will be replaced by us, please provide a photo of the damaged item when you report the item to us – this needs to be done upon receipt of the damaged item. If your item is found to be defective you have 14 days to notify us and return the poduct unopened, unused and in its original condition to receive a refund.
