We take no liability for items lost or damaged in transit unless insured. The Buyer is responsible for any customs or import charges when ordering from outside the UK. If an item is returned to us by customs, we will attempt redelivery. If an item is seized by customs, it will be the Buyer's responsibility. The Druid's Brew reserves the right to update prices on the website, which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time. We shall make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the point the Buyer places an order. The Druid's Brew reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the website at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
Due to the cleanliness required to produce high-quality products and the consumable nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for e-liquids. To avoid contamination, please consider purchasing a 10ml tester bottle (charged at £4.99 plus postage and packing) before ordering larger quantities.
If an item is damaged in transit, please provide photographic proof within 7 days of receipt to The Druid's Brew for a resolution.
The Druid's Brew accepts no liability and will not be responsible for any loss, claims, damages, injuries, expenses, or suffering incurred as a result of any product or service provided by us.
